7. Repayment and Consequences of Non-Payment
Timely repayment is essential. You must honor every payment deadline established in your loan agreement. If you fall behind, the following may occur: assessment of late fees as outlined in your agreement, adverse credit reporting to major bureaus, assignment of your debt to a third-party collection agency, initiation of legal proceedings to recover amounts owed, and repossession of pledged collateral in the case of secured loans.
8. Preventing Fraud

14. Partial Invalidity
In the event that a court determines any portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to apply. The unenforceable provision will be adjusted to the minimum degree required to give it effect.
