This document explains how Primo Personal Loans communicates with you via text message, how you can join or leave the program, and your responsibilities as a participant.
What This Program Covers
As part of serving you, Primo Personal Loans may send SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. These texts may relate to your loan application status, account activity, payment schedules, or other service announcements. How often you hear from us depends on your account status and activity level — there is no set message frequency.
Joining the Program
You opt in to text messaging when you enter your mobile number and give consent as part of the application workflow. If you prefer, you can also subscribe by emailing legal@primopersonalloans.com. Participation requires that you confirm two things: first, that the phone number belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it; and second, that you are at least eighteen years old.
Leaving the Program
Want to stop receiving texts? Email legal@primopersonalloans.com and ask to be taken off the list. We will process your request and send a confirmation email. After that, no more text messages will come from us.

About Charges
We do not charge you anything to receive our text messages. That said, your mobile carrier may apply its own messaging and data rates, and those costs are entirely your responsibility. If you are unsure what your plan includes, check with your carrier.
Keeping Your Messages Private

Updates to This Policy
Primo Personal Loans retains the right to change or end this text messaging program at any time without giving you advance notice. When we make changes, the updated version will appear on our website. If you keep participating after a change is posted, that means you accept the new terms.
